The course focuses on the two major products developed and delivered by the Travel Agency, such as the tourism product packaging and the reservation procedures for airline and hotel bookings. For the tourism product packaging, it will develop the students to design travel packages which are sustainable and health safe based on the demand of the present global setting in travel geography and health protocols.
The second part of this subject will train the students to master the skills on how to perform the airline reservation procedures as a major skill of a travel agent which highlights on the familiarization of the different reservation codes, the procedures in making a ticket booking both online and the manual operation.
