CBMEC 1 (OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT_SY:2022-2023_1ST SEM)

The course is concerned with designing and controlling the process of production. It also covers redesigning operations in the production of goods and/or services. It defines the responsibility of ensuring that the business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and effective in terms of using customer requirements.
