Enrolment options

This course is intended to be at the introductory level in a curriculum and to provide foundation skills for subsequent courses. The materials covered in this course include concepts such as components of the computer system, the internet and the world wide web, data representation, computer networks and communications, computer applications, database management, computer security, ethics, and current trends and issues.

 At the end of the course, the students are expected to have an in-depth understanding of computing fundamentals and its impact on society.
