This course provides a formal
quantitative approach to the students to understand how customer relations is
related to other business functions and its importance to the success of the
business entity, the importance of attitude and customer education as it
relates to marketing. Be able to identify, understand, and apply basic
marketing concepts to solving marketing challenges, understand good marketing
practices and techniques and how to apply them and be able to develop a sound
Integrated Marketing Communications plan.
