The basic concentration on this course is to explain the recruitment, selection, retention, utilization and development of human resources in business industry. This course discusses how to raise the efficiency and productivity of human resources through the application of efficient human resources policies and practices. Appraisal and motivation of the employees and staff will also be practice.
