The course is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge to the
students regarding the general principles of Intellectual Property Rights
(IPR), concepts, and theories relating to IPR. The course aims to ensure that
the students will be aware of their exclusive rights to protect their
Intellectual Property (IP) assets resulting from any creative works, literary
and artistic works, inventions, designs, etc. The course also includes the
skill development of conducting Patent Search, Drafting, and IPOPHL application.
