. This course familiarizes the students the different bakery tools and bakery equipment, perform mensuration and calculation, maintain of tools and equipment. It also teaches the students the fundamentals of baking cakes, cookies, pastries and bread. Awareness in occupational health and safety procedures is also taken in this course. |
